Engineering Procurement Construction Management & O&M of Dhabeji Special Economic Zone

A flagship industrial infrastructure project under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), this initiative involves the complete development and operational management of one of Pakistan’s most strategically located economic zones. The scope includes infrastructure planning, utility delivery, internal road networks, and long-term operations and asset management. The project is designed to enhance investment readiness, drive industrial activity, and ensure sustainable zone performance.

Rehabilitation and Construction of Hub Canal System for Karachi

This urban water supply project focuses on restoring and expanding a critical canal system that supports Karachi’s domestic, agricultural, and industrial water needs. It includes the construction of a new 21.8 km canal with 200 cusecs capacity, a pumping station, filtration plant, and other supporting infrastructure. The initiative strengthens the city’s water resilience and enhances long-term supply reliability.

Water Conveyance from Dumlottee Wells to DHA Karachi

A 39 km pipeline system was developed to deliver 10 million gallons per day (MGD) of water from Dumlottee Wells to DHA Karachi. The infrastructure includes a 24-inch diameter HDPE/GRP pipeline, pumping station, filtration plant, and storage reservoir. With most of the route designed for gravity flow, the system ensures energy-efficient operation and addresses a major urban water deficit.
